Voluntary declaration of consent as a candidate for indivHRÂ
All personal designations are to be understood as gender-neutral. For reasons of easier readability, only the masculine form is used in the following.
Express consent to the processing of my personal data by indivHR for the purpose of career counselling and job placement. (Art 6 para 1 lit a, Art 9 para 2 lit a GDPR)Â
I, as a candidate or applicant for job positions, expressly agree that indiv HR GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "indivHR"), Ballgasse 4/10, 1010 Vienna, FN 455249i, my following personal data for the purpose of career counselling and job placement:
INFORMATION ON REGISTRATIONÂ
- Personal data (first and last name, date of birth)
- Address data
- Contact details (telephone number, e-mail address)
- Date and time (of registration or update)
- IP address and registration data (login, password)
VOLUNTARY INFORMATION THAT CAN BE ADDED DURING REGISTRATION OR AT A LATER DATE:Â
- Application documents (CV or certificates)
- Professional background (details of previous employment)
- Data on education (information on degrees or school-leaving qualifications)
- Job requirements (desired level of employment, desired salary, notice period)
- Skills & qualifications (additional training, certificates, languages, hobbies)
INFORMATION THAT IS SUPPLEMENTED BY AN INDIVIDUAL CONTACT PERSON:Â
- Appointments, interview notes and comments on my profile (information on the motive for the change)
- Residence permit (only applies to persons from third countries)
- E-mail communication with indivHR employees
- Job positions (that I apply for or that indivHR suggests to me)
- Categorisation of the candidate profile to make it easier to find
My personal data may be used for the Purpose of career counselling and job placement be used, which the following processes includes:
- The storage of my personal data in the indivHR candidate database in the form of a candidate profile.
- The management of my candidate profile.
- Receiving and processing my applications for specific job positions.
- The addition of notes and supplements during personal interviews (job interviews).
- The categorisation and keywording of candidate profiles ("profiling"), the search for my personal data in the candidate database and the comparison of this data with job descriptions and requirements of potential employers (clients of indivHR).
- Contacting me regarding suitable job offers via telephone, e-mail and other means of communication (e.g. social networks), as well as to arrange job interviews and for queries.
- The optional linking of my XING or LinkedIn profile with my candidate profile at indivHR and the import of data from my XING or LinkedIn profile.
- The forwarding of my candidate profile or recommendations derived from it to potential employers (clients of indivHR) for the purpose of job placement.
- Providing me with information regarding the status and outcome of applications.
- As a basis for internal statistics and internal controlling (e.g. number of positions filled).
The Transmission The processing of my personal data may be limited to the purpose of career counselling and job placement with indivHR franchise partners and clients of indivHR (potential employers) as described above. I can find more detailed explanations of these categories of recipients in the privacy policy (https://indivhr.com/datenschutzerklaerung), which I have already taken note of. My personal data will only be forwarded to clients of indivHR (potential employers) with my prior consent. express consentwhich I can give in a personal conversation, telephone call or by email. In particular, indivHR will inform me in advance and obtain my express consent before transferring my personal data to potential employers in third countries (outside the EU).
I had the opportunity to ask questions to indivHR's data protection officer before giving my consent. My consent is voluntary and is based on the information provided in the privacy policy. I am not obliged to give my consent.
OPPOSITION
I can revoke my consent at any time with effect for the future by sending an e-mail to [email protected] without giving reasons. This means that until the revocation is received, the processing is based on my consent and is permissible.
If I do not consent or withdraw my consent, indivHR will not be able to process my data. If I withdraw my consent, indivHR will no longer process my personal data for the purpose of career counselling and job placement and will no longer place me in job positions.
By selecting the option "I consent to the processing of my data", I declare my express consent under data protection law for the above-mentioned purposes. A copy of the privacy policy acknowledged in the previous step and the above declaration of consent will be sent to the e-mail address I have provided.Â
If I do not select any options and I have previously consented to the use of my personal data, then the non-selection is neither understood as a revocation of the previously given consent nor as the granting of this consent.
